What's Cooking, Supper Club?

Supper Club is a collection of semi-organized pot luck dinners. The purpose is to provide opportunities for members of our church family (old and new alike) to share food and fellowship, and to get to know each other better. We meet September through May on the 2nd Thursday of the month. We gather in the Fellowship Hall at 6:00, with serve time @ 6:15. and we are usually home by 8:00. Each family unit receives a schedule for a “suggested” food type, i.e. main dish, salad, vegetable, dessert, and these rotate each month. This is NOT a gourmet club or contest...... KFC chicken or Sam’s dessert is always welcome. The idea is to make is easy for everyone and to still have all the basic food groups included!

Grief Share

Seabrook United Methodist Church hosts Grief Share groups in rotation with other local churches. Even if we are not meeting right now, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.We are here for you! https://www.griefshare.org


Grief Share is a 13-week class for anyone who has lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend, and who could use the support of people who understand the deep hurt of loss.


A video format will be used to teach principles of recovery from loss, and the remaining time will be used to encourage conversation among group members—an opportunity to hear how others have dealt with the pain of loss, and an opportunity to share one’s own life experience with others, if and when one is ready to do so.
